Administrative Assistant.  New Hope, Inc. in Attleboro is seeking a full time receptionist/administrative assistant (35hr/with benefits). Candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Access. Raiser’s Edge experience a plus.  Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain strict confidentiality, communicate effectively and with sensitivity.  Must possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and administrative skills.  Bachelor’s Degree preferred and a minimum of 2 years experience in an office setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a non-profit setting.

Development & Marketing Associate
New Hope, Inc. is seeking a full-time, (35 hours per week/benefit eligible), Development & Marketing Associate.  The position will coordinate and execute special events, including recruiting and leading event committees in the planning and implementation of the agency's fundraisers. This position will create event marketing materials, including invitations, program books, flyers, posters, brochures, as well as other agency outreach material. This position will also write, design, distribute and evaluate development, event, Marketing (and some Public Relations) communications. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal, organizational, writing, event planning and multi-tasking skills and will have advanced knowledge in Excel, Word, Publisher, Outlook, Powerpoint, WordPress, Constant Contact and Social Media. Raiser’s Edge experience strongly preferred. Bachelor's Degree required; previous fundraising, marketing and writing experience preferred. ACCOUNTANT – New Hope, Inc., a non-profit agency, is seeking a full-time (35 hours per week) Accountant with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. The selected applicant will have a minimum of two years experience, preferably in the non-profit sector, working with automated accounting systems. This position, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, as part of a two person department, will be required to perform day-to-day bookkeeping functions as well as assuming general accounting responsibilities up to and including assisting in preparation for the annual audit. The successful candidate will be a well organized self starter, possessing effective communications skills and attention to detail. Overnight/Relief Advocate; New Hope Emergency Shelter

New Hope is currently seeking a qualified individual for Overnight/Relief Advocate position in our Southeast and/or Central, MA Domestic Violence Shelter. Responsibilities include providing support to residents, keeping detailed case notes, covering open shifts when available, responding to the basic living needs of residents and communicating those needs to staff, and answering a 24-hour hotline.
